Postman bag

A postman bag is similar to a messenger bag; it is a large rectangular shaped bag with a long strap which is worn across the body including zip or Velcro fastenings and a large pocket at the front. It is often designed with a large print at the front, being created in leather with bound edges. It is named the postman bag due to the use of the bag to deliver goods, but it is unsure as to when the bag originated. Today, postman bags are used by both men and women in order to carry items for sport, studying or personal items.
