Prada SS12

The Thai fashion industry is small but ever-expanding – Thai Fashion Week often attracts young designers showcasing extravagant garments usually fabricated from sustainable materials. Traditional Thai clothing also still filters into modern fashion – for example the sbai  (a shawl-like garment, usually worn on its own by women) is often referenced by designers, and is generally the blueprint for the chiffon bandeau tops recently shown by the likes of Prada and Miu Miu.
