Possibly the most iconic representation of Egyptian fashion comes in the shape of Cleopatra, now a fashion icon due to Elizabeth Taylor’s portrayal of the Egyptian heroine. The influence of Egyptian fashion is often seen today, and Cleopatra is often referenced as a muse that sums up the elegant style that the country is renowned for.
