Salvatore Ferragamo

Salvatore Ferragamo Man Autumn-Winter 2017-18 – Salvatore Ferragamo’s new creative director Guillaume Meilland first attempt was appreciable. Ferragamo’s fall/winter 2017 menswear collection was in the vicinity of Italian form of Craftsmanship. There was a noteworthy connection between formals and sportswear observed in the patterns.  Short jackets, Field jackets, Long coats and slim pants were appeared with an elegant touch. The garments were saturated in black, dark blue, grey and light brown as if it’s a Ferragammo’s usual hue cards. Abstract prints on shirts in neon and bright colours were somewhat visible. The structures of the silhouettes were made of technical fabrics, leather, cashmere and cotton. Few looks were very voluminous because of the oversized pattern off the silhouettes. “F” patch embroidered on the shirts like a logo feverish was disappointing. This season the brand’s efforts in moulding the styles along with vintage touch were fantabulous.
