Spring-Summer 2013 – There was little left to the imagination with this collection as the provocative pieces were all about showing the flesh. Take for instance, the first dress, slashed with crochet-lace across the body to show a little nipple, and then at the hem, to show much of the thigh. Next came a teeny tiny lace crop top showing a lot of stomach, and to match, teeny tiny hot pants with this see-through trim. The shoes were slinky too with straps built to just below the knee. Skimpy black dresses were loose, with a little structure created by a low-rising, skinny waist belt. The clothes were incredibly skimpy, and this was made more so with the nude colouring. The brighter orange slips were lingerie-like and risky at times with slashes all over, while black numbers included plunging necklines held together with thin string. The finale dresses with their high hems and many slits showed what the Versace woman is all about – sex and sass.
