Autumn-Winter 2013/14
After showing in New York and London for a while Roland has turned his attention to Paris this season, and his choice of location reflected in his designs as some distinctly chic and Parisian looks emerged.
Catherine Deneuvue in ‘The Hunger’ inspired the designer, this inspiration led to some strongly 80’s looks with bold colours, sharp shoulders and very clean tailoring. Roland is a constant champion of the female form showing collection after collection of figure enhancing designs, this season he infused his 80s inspiration into this resulting in some striking body con looks.
This season also marked the launch of Roland’s handbag collection; the elegant structures were draped with chunky gold chains, which kept in line beautifully with the Parisian theme.
