Hermes

Autumn-Winter 2013/14

Christophe Lemaire presented a timeless collection this season that effectively displayed the best of the iconic fashion house, Hermés.

The designs exuded glamour, taste and classic style. The mixture of textiles was exquisite with an abundance of leather, fur and of course, cashmere. The tailoring was simple and a touch oversized with lines running beautifully from coat to tailored trouser or silk shirt to pencil skirt. Every piece worked wonderfully and formed part of a flawless outfit that screamed luxury. The simple tailoring was bordering on being minimalist, but the exuberant finishing details and fabrics meant the collection still felt dramatic. Christophe has produced another series of flawless designs to add to the remarkable Hermés catalogue.
