Autumn-Winter 2010/11 – The Armani girl had attitude. She wore her coat over her shoulders as there were no need for arms in sleeves, it symbolised, again, the idea of the power dresser. This Armani woman took no prisoners as she bore her trench coat over three quarter trousers and roll neck tops. A spot of layering, and three quarter length trousers in black and peach were very current. At the same time the Armani girl was sassy and sexy. Elegant silk gowns in lilac and green hung over the shoulder and had a contrasted floral sleeve. Gelled back hair was again, on the agenda leaving optimum room to see the buttoned up blouses and the multitude of layers under the coat. A bronze silk dress combined smart and sass. Armani knows the modern women: wearability, sophistication and a little on the indulgent side.
