This season Elbaz embraces the riskiest of decades, the 80’s. He ignores the ostentatious colours and questionable skinny fits but instead focuses on the oversized suits. This oversized nature transcends into the fit of many of the tops featured within the collection, with a majority of them including the polo shirts having a longer length, oversized collar and elbow length sleeves. The suit jacket and trousers all embody the 80’s with the wide legged, high waisted nature of the 80’s while the jackets have all been styled with the relaxed, slouchy aesthetic due to the arms being rolled up. The collection includes fringe detail and low round necklines exposing the models chests. Large shoulder bags also are a central component to the collection.
