Ermenegildo Zegna

Ermenegildo Zegna Man Autumn-Winter 2017-18 – Ermenegildo Zegna Fall 2017 show was all about Modernism. Alessandro Sartori‘s first attempt to diminish the generation gap was victorious. Fidelity towards high-end craftsmanship and textiles has always been remarked but this season there is a small twirl in the styles and colour palette. The show was undertaken by Sportswear/Street wear Collection accompanied with a slightly trace of Formal coat. Soft tailoring has always been in the brand’s priority list. Lavish Jacquards, Vegetable waxed quilted leather, Trimmed wool alpaca in soft pastels, greyscale, black and olive green were seen derived straight from the brand’s luxurious textile closet. Elegant patterns of bomber jackets, track pants, aubergine jackets, tunics and trims with large roll necks were breathtaking. The patterns were almost direct reflection of Sartori’s personal style. This collection is the supreme evidence of confluence of different generations in the future fashion industry.
