Indian Tussah

Indian Tussah Fabric is a hand woven silk fabric. It is very strong and made from wild silkworms. When left un-dyed, as it often is, it is a pale brown colour. It is made from the best quality of silk possible, yet still has the same characteristically uneven surface that all wild silks have. It is a fairly heavyweight silk fabric, and is used in suiting and other garments.
