Breezy

Breezy is a word that a person uses to describe the feeling a garment may give them. This is when the garment is thin in fabric or it may be due to the construction and shape of the garment. The word breezy will mainly be used for fabrics such as chiffon, organza, nylon and on garments such as dresses, tops and coats.

BCBG Max Azria S/S 12 offered breezy dresses made of light weight fabric compositions, which delicately rested at floor length. Bill Blass S/S 12 however showed light fabrics in darker colours that draped and gave the impression of a breeze lapping at the models’ legs.
