Missoni Man Autumn-Winter 2017-18 – Missoni fall/winter 2017 menswear show was knitted in some lovely colour palette of mustard yellow, orange, warm red, burgundy and green. The collection was highly inspired by the 70’s winter style. Here we can see a modern touch to the Oldie Goldie grandfather’s sweaters. Sweaters with the excellent blend of colours, thick striped sweaters, zigzag lines, and complex checker prints were well co-ordinated with the theme. Styling in winters is all about layering the correct components of the garments. Big boxy checker shirt over the thick striped sweater along with the olive green pants was ultimate look for the younger generation. Patch worked checker print long cardigan teamed with regular fit pants was absolutely minimal. Plain sweaters with golden studs were pleasant. Accessories like berets, caps and bucket hat were in a perfect combination with the silhouettes. This season Missoni’s attempt was to play safe as always.
