Antonio Marras Man Autumn-Winter 2017-18 – Fashion is artistic and Art is Fashionable. Confused? Here we go Antonio Marras fall/winter 2017 menswear show is a perfect example to explain these statements. Antonio Marras presented his stunning paintings along with I’m Isola Marras men’s collection in his personal art exhibition. Unique rejuvenation of an urban style in the silhouettes was showcased. Military uniforms were modernized in his special artistic manner. Convolution in the Colour palette was the massive use of leopard prints, floral prints and military prints. The common string of embroideries, fringes and patchwork was observed on jackets, coats, sweaters and blazers throughout the collection. Excellence of craftsmanship was noticed in the detailed patchwork and embroideries. All though the focus wasn’t more towards fashion but the use of raw fur in printed parkas was remarkable. The gigantic collection of hats and shoes was charismatic. The ambience was nostalgic and modish at the same time. Now we can stylize our own look all thanks to the incredible individuality of each component.
