Paul Smith Man Spring-Summer 2017 – The Paul Smith’s collection was one of the most vibrant and cheerful of those shown on the Parisian catwalks this season. Colours were a lively and cheerful mix of Caribbean shades, from ruby reds and magenta pinks to sky blues and grassy greens, all of which added to the undoubted sense of playfulness and enthusiasm that Paul Smith wished to radiate throughout the season’s collection. The designer’s signature stripe design was all but forgotten as it graced many garments and was taken up a notch through the implementation of bolder, brighter colours. Relaxed denim jeans were embroidered with rainbow coloured patches, again enhancing the playful nature of the style. Models stomped down the catwalk in multi-coloured slip on espadrilles and casual trainers with lime green laces, both of which contributed to the overall look of vibrancy and fun. As a whole, an incredibly, cool and wearable collection evoking feelings of fun and excitement.
