Erdem Woman Autumn-Winter 2016 – This designer’s ready-to-wear brand showcased fabulous pieces that are sure to be coveted by a multitude of women.

The outfit on everyone’s lips was the gold and white tinsel dress that dazzled in a truly glamorous fashion. Even the suits with frayed edges, that drew instant comparisons with Chanel, had something remarkable to them. Most surprising was the designer’s choice to pair almost every outfit with a flat pair of shoes. This contrast gave a relaxed almost accessible feel to an otherwise other worldly collection. The high heels on the runway showed us that block heels are making a comeback.

The collection kept the display of flesh tasteful with a key hole dress exhibiting precious little in a show of restrained elegance. Pairing the dress with long gloves gave the look a really amazing touch.

In keeping with the glamorous theme of the collection, the front row was graced by former Glee actress Dianna Agron and Alexa Chung.
