Autumn-Winter 2010/11 – In this collection, YSL showed quite a feminine silhouette with long coats tied at the waist and suits with long shirts hanging out of the bottom of the jackets. The trousers were slightly short, just shy of the ankle, in accordance with the trend we are seeing in womenswear at this time. He shows shorter jackets and long gloves, boxy coats with large shoulder pads and thick knit, tight roll neck jumpers.  We also see large collared sheepskin and trench coats, tassels on tops and oversized trousers all in very neutral colours, greys, blacks, beiges and khaki. It’s a classy collection true to YSL style.
