Interlocking Pattern

Interlocking Pattern is a pattern which is similar in appearance to tessellation. These patterns are made of geometric shapes that fit next to each other with none of the background showing through. This means that the motifs appear to be linked and one piece cannot be changed without affecting the others. Interlocking patterns are usually printed onto a finished piece of fabric rather than being colour woven.
