One Directional

One directional pattern is a pattern whereby all the motifs or designs face in the same direction. Many different motifs and colours can be used and the can be repeated in various ways to create different patterns, but they must all face the same way to make a one-directional pattern. This pattern is generally printed onto the finished piece of fabric after manufacture.
