Theme

Theme patterns are patterns which follow a particular theme. These can be many different variations such as nautical, floral and military. The pattern is usually made up of several different motifs. These are generally repeated across the piece of fabric and are printed onto the fabric after it has been woven. The colours vary depending on the theme.
