Transitional

Transitional patterns are patterns which change throughout the space of the repeat. These can be changed in many ways such as faded, brightened, expanded, having the colour changed or the motif used can change slightly. These are usually created to create a contrast between the start of the pattern and the end of the pattern. Transitional patterns use many different motifs and can be available in many different colours.
